How is this different from a traditional risk assessment?

Traditional risk assessments focus on materials, weather, and scheduling logistics. We simulate the people — the stakeholders whose decisions actually cause delays.

What data do you need to get started?

We start with publicly available data — permits, filings, meeting minutes, zoning records. We'll ask you to fill in gaps about your project team, timeline, and key stakeholders

How long does an engagement take?

2-3 weeks from kickoff to delivered report. Ongoing monitoring engagements run month to month with a six-month minimum.

What types of projects do you work with?

Any project where stakeholder decisions shape the timeline — charter schools, mixed-use developments, institutional builds, commercial construction. If people can delay it, we can simulate it.

What do I actually receive?

A full behavioral risk report, executive slide deck, data workbook, risk dashboard, and a 30-minute Q&A call. Everything your team needs to act.

How much does it cost?
